Polyurethane Elastomer Products

    Polyurethane elastomer we can see as a kind of synthetic rubber material between ordinary rubber and general plastic, with good comprehensive performance advantages, polyurethane elastomer material from the structure of the polyester type and polyether type two categories. Polyester type has high strength because the molecular polarity and intermolecular force of polyester is greater than that of polyether type. The hardness, fixed-extension strength, tensile strength and tear strength of polyether type polyurethane elastomer decrease with the increase of relative molecular mass of polyether. The hardness and fixed-extension capacity of polyester type polyurethane elastomer show the same regularity, but the tensile strength shows the opposite trend, which is mainly because the main valence force of polyester molecule is larger and the intermolecular force is stronger and easy to crystallize. Polyether type polyurethane has excellent hydrolysis resistance and is suitable for products vulcanized in vulcanization tanks; while polyester type polyurethane has poor hydrolysis resistance, so it can only be used for injection casting type mold production. In addition, polyurethane is only suitable for working environment below 70℃~80℃, if it is higher than this temperature range, its strength and abrasion resistance will be greatly reduced. In the rubber roller making industry, the polyurethane rubber roller made by polyurethane elastomer has excellent elasticity, vibration absorption, high mechanical strength and wear resistance, aging resistance and oil resistance.
