Features of polyurethane wheels

1. Hardness range: It still has the elongation and resilience of rubber under high hardness. The hardness range of polyurethane elastomer is Shore A10-D80.

2. High strength: Under the rubber hardness, their tear strength, tear strength and bearing capacity are much higher than those of general-purpose rubber. Under high hardness, its impact strength and bending strength are much higher than plastics.

3. Wear resistance: its wear resistance is very outstanding, generally in the range of 0.01-0.10 (cm3)/1.61km, about 3-5 times that of rubber.

4. Flame retardancy: The wheel body is made of polyurethane material to ensure its reliable flame retardancy.

5. Antistatic type: Polyurethane material has strong antistatic property. It eliminates the problem of sparks caused by friction with the wire rope, and is suitable for use in places with explosives such as gas and coal dust.

6. Bonding: Polyurethane and metal are bonded by adhesive, and there will be no degumming.
